P-40.1 and sections 79.18 to 79.20 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c P-40.1, r. 3, the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of goods manufactured, imported, advertised, or sold by [Sealy] or its subsidiaries.
Please note that, as applicable depending on the product type and brand, we continue to offer repair service, product exchange, and/or replacement parts through our Customer Service Center, subject to the terms of our manufacturer's limited warranty.
